Zolvira provides AI-powered sales automation software that helps businesses automate outbound email campaigns, manage prospect responses, and send you meeting link. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

4. LLC and Responsibility

Zolvira LLC (“Zolvira,” “we,” or “our”) is a Limited Liability Company formed in the State of Pennsylvania. This means Zolvira operates as its own legal entity, and all products and services we provide are the responsibility of the Company—not its owners or representatives. By using our services, you agree that your relationship is with Zolvira LLC only, and that nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment, or shared legal responsibility between you and the Company.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zolvira be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
