Pick Your Plan
Choose how many outreach emails you want sent every day — 25, 60, or 100. Start where you are now. You can upgrade any time from your billing page.
Complete Onboarding
Fill out a short onboarding form. This is how Zolvira learns your voice, your offer, and who you're targeting. The more specific you are, the better your emails sound. You only do this once.
Connect Your Gmail
Go to Settings → Integrations → Connect Gmail. Sign in with Google and approve access. Zolvira sends emails from your actual Gmail inbox — so they come from you, not a third-party tool.
Create an Apollo Account
Sign up at apollo.io for a Basic plan or higher. Apollo is where Zolvira sources your prospects — a database of 275M+ verified business contacts. You need this for Zolvira to find new leads every day.
Get Your Apollo API Key
In Apollo go to Settings → Integrations → API Keys, create a Master API key, copy it, then paste it into Zolvira Settings → Business → Apollo API Key field and save.
Set Your ICP in Settings
In Zolvira Settings → Business, fill in your Ideal Customer Profile — target job titles, company size, industry, and country. Zolvira uses this to pull fresh matching prospects from Apollo every day automatically.
You're Live
That's it. Zolvira now runs every day — pulling prospects, writing personalized emails in your voice, sending from your Gmail, and handling replies. You only step in when a meeting lands on your calendar.
