2 minBefore anything — make sure Zolvira is right for you. Read through the pricing page, check the ROI calculator, or book a quick call. Zolvira works best for agency owners, freelancers, coaches, and solopreneurs who need a consistent pipeline of qualified leads without doing outreach manually.
Pick Your Plan
1 minChoose how many outreach emails you want sent every day — 25, 60, or 100. Pick the plan that matches where you are now. You can upgrade at any time from your billing page.
Not sure which plan? Start with Basic. You can always scale up once you see results.
Complete Onboarding
5 minAfter payment, you'll receive a short onboarding form. Answer the questions honestly — this is how Zolvira learns your voice, your offer, and who you're trying to reach. The more specific you are, the better your emails will sound. This is the only time you need to do this.
Don't overthink it. Short, natural answers work better than polished ones.
Connect Your Gmail
1 minGo to Settings → Integrations and click 'Connect Gmail.' Sign in with Google and approve access. This allows Zolvira to send emails from your actual Gmail inbox — so emails come from you, not a third-party tool. Google will ask you to confirm — click Allow.
Zolvira only sends to verified prospects that match your ICP. It never sends to your contacts or existing threads.
Create an Apollo Account
3 minGo to apollo.io and sign up for a Basic plan or higher. Apollo is where Zolvira sources your prospects — it's a database of 275M+ verified business contacts. You need an Apollo account for Zolvira to find new leads every day.
Apollo Basic (~$59/mo) is all you need to start. Zolvira Premium users should consider Apollo Professional for higher daily volume.
Get Your Apollo API Key
2 minInside Apollo, go to Settings → Integrations → API Keys. Create a new Master API key. Copy it. Go to your Zolvira Settings → Business tab and paste it in the Apollo API Key field. Hit Save. Without this key, Zolvira cannot source leads and outreach will not run.
It must be a Master API key — not a restricted key. If sourcing shows an error, this is the first thing to check.
Set Your ICP in Settings
3 minIn Zolvira Settings → Business, fill in your Ideal Customer Profile: the job titles you want to reach (e.g. CEO, Founder, Owner), company size range, industry, and country. Zolvira uses these filters to pull a fresh batch of matching prospects from Apollo every single day — automatically.
Be specific. 'CEO at a 1-10 person marketing agency in the US' will outperform 'business owner' every time.
You're Live
OngoingThat's it. Zolvira now runs every day on your behalf — pulling new prospects, writing personalized emails in your voice, sending them from your Gmail inbox, and handling replies automatically. When someone shows interest or asks for a call, Zolvira sends your booking link. You only step in when a meeting lands on your calendar.

Prospect Sourcing
Each day Zolvira pulls a fresh batch of prospects from Apollo that match your ICP — verified contacts who fit your exact target criteria. No manual searching, no lists to manage.
Email Generation
For each prospect, Zolvira writes a personalized email in your voice using what you told us during onboarding. Emails are sent from your Gmail inbox so they land like personal outreach — not a blast campaign.
Reply Handling
When a prospect replies, Zolvira reads the message, understands their intent, and responds naturally. If they want a call, it sends your Calendly link automatically. If they opt out, it stops immediately.
Follow-Ups
If a prospect doesn't reply, Zolvira follows up 2-3 times over the following days with different messaging angles — all automated, all in your voice.
Results Tracking
Your dashboard shows everything in real time — emails sent, opens, replies, and meetings booked. Check it whenever you want. There's nothing to manage day-to-day.
